When it snows.................

..............and it looks like this outside:

...........it would be lovely to stay inside and spend the morning baking and cooking at the Rayburn - Fench onion soup, bread, Cornish and cheese & onion pasties, gooseberry crumble - and in between, have a nice hour in the sitting room spinning a new fibre for a new project, with plenty of hot tea to drink.

So I did. :)

  1. It's as well I don't live nearer or I'd be straight round - you're cooking all my favourite things:) A little spinning on the side too - sounds a perfect day to me.

  3. Sounds wonderful! Glad you enjoyed your day! I'd planned a day of sledging and cake baking but ended up book-keeping and had an awful (still lurking) migraine instead ... no fun at all!! Still, there's always tomorrow ;)
    PS: Now you've put the thought in my head, I'll have to bake a big batch of pasties soon now!

    I went on to spin most of teh afternoon too, so got quite a bit done. I've a felling more will be done today:)
