The 4 hour and 58 minute hat

Someone shared a hat pattern over on River Cottage forum, and one of the lads said 'I bet MrsL has one knitted and up on here by the end of the day' - well, just had to rise to the challenge lol
So, I present to you, the 4 hour and 58 minute hat - ta da!


The top picture gives a more accurate depiction of the colour - a very nice soft sage green. It's  Louisa Harding pattern, and I spent an enjoyable Sunday afternoon knitting and drinking tea in  front of Youtube watching films on the Amish, eco building, prepping and permaculture. This is number 6 in my 12 hats in 2012 challenge on Ravelry too, so all going according to plan :)
