Have you ever made rose petal jam? I found a recipe and wondered if it really was "turkish delighty"

Those ones with the elderflowers are Eglantine, one of my favourites - it grows out by the front wall; the scent is just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe ones in the little picture on the righthand sidebar are Albertine and Zepherine Drouhin, also from teh front garden.
I haven't made rose petal jam on its own, but I did rhubarb and rose petal jam last year, which is lovely, also rose petal wine.
