4 oz butter 4 oz sugar 6 oz plain flour zest of one large orange 1/2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste milk to mix Cream butter and sugar, add flour, zest and cinnamon. Mix well, then add milk to mix to a stiffish dough for rolling out. Roll out and stamp with a biscuit cutter, bake in a hottish oven until golden brown, cool on a wire rack. Mine are seasonally shaped pumpkins :) |
