Popeye pasties

I made these for supper tonight ;  mashed potato was mixed with spinach and French Chaource soft cheese, sprinkling of dried thyme.  Buttery short pastry trimmed into squares, filling placed on and folded over to make triangles.  Into a hot oven for 10 - 15 minutes. Were lovely, served with braised spiced red cabbage.
