This is one of my all time favourite pickles

Essentially a good mix of vegetables, cut into bite sized chunks, not too small, brined overnight then pickled in a sauce of vinegar, sugar, honey,  cornflour, mustard , ginger and turmeric.

Love it!! I have an old family recipe for Military Pickle that's very similar that I'd love to make sometime.

I'm imagining that on a big hunk of home made bread and cheese now :-)
