The one on the left is the view from part of the front kitchen window, complete with new curtains. The building opposite is the pub, which makes me happy. :0) I managed to get that in there and up all by myself, so that's progress...............
Forgot to add - the wallpaper *will* be going, hopefully soon, and the wall painted a beautiful dark apple green like the rest of the kitchen. One day.

What a great view! Every kitchen should have a view like this.
Wouldn't it be lovely if every kitchen did? I appreciate the view from our house each and every day; further on it stretches out across the Blackmore Vale up to Bulbarrow, where we harvest sloes, gorse flowers, etc and smell the wild garlic in May as we hurtle down the other side with all the windows open! It's a beautiful place to live, and I never take it for granted. If we never move again, I would be happy here until the end of my days I think.
